This software currently contains questions, answers, and illustrtions for Rules of the Road, Deck General, Navigation General, Deck Safety, T-boat regulations and Chart Plotting Questions (The training charts can be obtained here.)

  • preview screens, which reduces study time by allowing the user to determine if they need to take the time to load the explanation or illustration in full screen mode.
